CHERAS LEISUREMALL FUN SPORTS CARNIVAL 2026

HOW TO JOIN
1.    Sign up as a PLAYCE app member to participate for FREE.
2.    Form a team of two:
•    1 child | 7-12 years old
•    1 teen/adult | 13 years old & above
3.    Register at the Lower Ground Floor Information Counter on event day and collect your Challenge Card.
4.    Compete against another team to win a Winner Stamp.
5.    Complete all four challenges & stand a chance to win prizes! Redeem at Lower Ground Floor Information Counter.

A. General Terms
1.    The Fun Sports Carnival 2026 (the “Sports Carnival”) is organised by Cheras LeisureMall (“the Organiser”). 
2.    Participation is FREE and open to all registered PLAYCE app members. 
3.    Each participant is limited to one (1) round of participation in each Game Challenge and in the Tug of War Challenge during the Sports Carnival. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to slot availability.
4.    Each participant, or their parent/legal guardian where applicable, must complete and sign an indemnity form before participating in the Sports Carnival.
5.    Participants must comply with the game rules and follow all instructions given by the event crew at all times.
6.    The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute discretion to reject and disqualify any participant deemed unsuitable for participation or not compliant with the Terms & Conditions of the Sports Carnival. 
7.    The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify winners found to be in breach of the Terms & Conditions stated herein.
8.    Each winner is entitled to one (1) prize only. All prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
9.    Images of prizes shown in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may vary. 
10.    The Organiser retains all rights to publish and use the names, personal details, photographs and/or video recordings of the participants including all materials submitted during the Sports Carnival for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity for promotions, without any prior notice to the participants and/or their parents/guardians who by submitting their entries to the Sports Carnival hereby consent or for parents/guardians, have consented on behalf of the participants, to such use by the Organiser. All participants and/or their parents/guardians on behalf of the participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of claims or compensation whatsoever on any of the materials submitted to enter the Sports Carnival. By submitting an entry to the Sports Carnival, each participant and/or their parents/guardians hereby consent to continue receiving promotional materials and information from PPB Group Berhad.
11.    The Organiser reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to amend the Terms & Conditions mentioned above or in connection with the Sports Carnival at any time without prior notice. 
12.    The Organiser will not be responsible for any accident, mishap, death, damage or injuries occurring during the Sports Carnival or in connection with the Sports Carnival in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind can be made against the Organiser. Participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and final decision of the Organiser.
13.    The Organiser reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sports Carnival at any time without prior notice.
14.    The Organiser’s decision on any and all matters in respect of the Sports Carnival is final and conclusive and no further challenges, objections, requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained. 
15.    Upon submitting an entry to the Sports Carnival, the participant and/or their parent/guardian on behalf of the participant is deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions of this Sports Carnival and the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and understood PPB Group Berhad's Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice which can be found on Cheras LeisureMall’s website (https://www.cherasleisuremall.com.my/privacy-policy-and-personal-data-notice)  and consents to the usage, collecting, recording and processing of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in such notice and in connection herein. B. Game Challenges
9.    The Game Challenges (the “Game Challenges”) will be held on 15 & 16 August 2026, from 11am to 6pm, at the Lower Ground Concourse, Cheras LeisureMall. 
10.    Each PLAYCE app member may register one (1) team of two (2) participants, with age eligibility determined based on the participant’s age in the year 2026, consisting of: 
•    One (1) child aged 7–12 years old; and 
•    One (1) teen/adult aged 13 years old and above. 
11.    Registration is available at the Lower Ground Concourse Information Counter on the event day. 
12.    Each participant, or their parent/legal guardian where applicable, must complete and sign an indemnity form before participating in the Game Challenges.
13.    Each participant is limited to one (1) round of participation in each Game Challenge throughout the two-day event. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to slot availability.
14.    Team members cannot be changed or substituted once the registration is completed. 
15.    Each registered team will receive one (1) Challenge Card. Lost or damaged Challenge Cards will not be replaced. 
16.    Each team is entitled to participate in all four (4) Game Challenges: 
•    Bean Bag Toss 
•    Giant Tic-Tac-Toe Relay 
•    Ball Balance Relay 
•    Obstacle Relay Race 
16.    Team pairing and the sequence of play will be determined by the Organiser. 
17.    Teams will compete against another team at each Game Challenge. The winning team will receive one (1) Winner Stamp for that challenge. 
18.    In the event of a tie, the Organiser reserves the right to conduct a tie-breaker round to determine the winning team. 
19.    Once a game result has been confirmed, no replay will be allowed, except in the event of a tie or at the Organiser’s discretion. 
20.    All four (4) Game Challenges must be completed on the same day of registration. Challenge Cards cannot be carried forward to the following event day. 
21.    Teams must complete all four (4) Game Challenges before proceeding with prize redemption. 
22.    Prize entitlement is based on the total number of Winner Stamps collected: 
•    3–4 Winner Stamps: One (1) Gold Medal for each participant + RM20 PLAYCE e-Cash Voucher per team 
•    2 Winner Stamps: One (1) Silver Medal for each participant 
•    0–1 Winner Stamp: No prize entitlement 
24.    Each Challenge Card is entitled to one (1) prize redemption only. Winner Stamps from different Challenge Cards cannot be combined or transferred. 
25.    Challenge Cards or Winner Stamps that are altered, duplicated or tampered with will be deemed invalid. 
26.    Prize redemption must be made at the Lower Ground Concourse Information Counter on the same day of participation.
