“Spin & Win” Contest (the “Contest”)
| Terms & Conditions: |
| 1. | This Contest is open to all Malaysian residents who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years old & above. Employees of PPB Group Berhad, its subsidiaries and / or its affiliates and their immediate families, advertising agents and suppliers are not eligible to participate in this Contest. |
| 2. | Tenants and promoters working in the outlets at Cheras LeisureMall are not eligible to participate in the Contest and are not permitted to participate in the Contest on behalf of customers. |
| 3. | How to redeem: Redeem one (1) spin at the Spin & Win Lucky Wheel when you shop at participating outlets (excluding promotional kiosks) in Cheras LeisureMall beginning from 28 August 2020 until 30 September 2020 or until all have been fully redeemed, by presenting eligible receipt(s). Details of redemption are as follows: – · One (1) spin at the Spin & Win Lucky Wheel with RM60 spend, in a single receipt per redemption OR One (1) spin at the Spin & Win Lucky Wheel and a chance to win Grand Prize with RM100 spend, in two (2) combined receipts per redemption · Redemptions are available on a first-come first-serve basis and while stocks last. · Redeemable from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Lower Ground Floor Information Counter, Cheras LeisureMall. Redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase. Only receipt(s) which are dated on the same day shall be eligible for the Redemption Programme. |
| 4. | For any eligible entry(ies) enrolled for a chance to win the Grand Prizes, a Contest entry form (“Entry Form”) will be provided to the eligible participants, wherein the eligible participants must fully complete all mandatory fields and submit to the Operator. All personal information submitted in the Registration Form must be true and accurate. Entry(ies) will be reviewed based on the Entry Form submission date. |
| 5. | The duly completed Entry Form must be accompanied by the Receipt referred to in item 3 above to be eligible. Receipt must be original machine generated receipt with the name of the participating outlet clearly reflected and submitted together with the duly completed Entry Form by dropping off the said Entry Form with Receipt attached in the designated box at the Information Counter located at Lower Ground Floor, Retail Block of Cheras LeisureMall. Receipt which is handwritten, for goods return, credit card transaction & deposit will not be accepted. |
| 6. | Each customer is limited to a maximum of three (3) spins per visit. There is no limit on the number of entries which can be submitted by participants to the Contest. Prizes are available on a first-come first-serve basis and while stocks last. |
| 7. | Only original machine-generated receipts with the merchants’ name clearly visible will be accepted. All other receipts, such as credit card transaction receipts, hand written, accumulated, goods return receipts, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) and deposit receipts etc., will not be accepted. |
| 8. | Receipts for transactions from money changers, bill payment and credit top-up are not valid for participation in the Contest and will not be accepted. Receipt(s) which have been used to participate in one particular event or activity cannot be re-used for another event or activity which may be simultaneously taking place at Cheras LeisureMall. |
| 9. | The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any receipt(s) that are incomplete, illegible or not original, or which do not satisfactorily show proof of purchase. |
| 10. | Grand Prize winners will be announced via Cheras LeisureMall’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Cheras-LeisureMall-134419769929869/). Winners are required to collect the prize at Management Office from 14 October 2020 to 25 October 2020 after the announcement of the contest results. |
| 11. | The Grand Prize winners will be notified through phone or email. If the winner is not contactable by phone or email provided for in the Entry Form within the aforesaid seven (7) days of the announcement date, an alternative winner will be selected. |
| 12. | Each Grand Prize winner is entitled to one (1) prize only and all prizes are not exchangeable for cash. |
| 13. | The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Entry Form which is incomplete, illegible or attached with Receipt(s) which are not original or which does not sufficiently show proof of purchase. |
| 14. | The organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of the same value. |
| 15. | Any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred by any of the winners of the Contest as a result of and/or related to the winner’s acceptance of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. |
| 16. | Picture(s) of the prize(s) shown in any advertisement and/or other promotional materials relating to the Contest is/are solely for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual prizes. |
| 17. | The organizer shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, death or injury arising from the usage of the prizes or in connection with the Contest in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind shall be made against the organizer. |
| 18. | The organizer reserves the right to publish, use the names, personal details, photographs and/or video recordings of the participants and winners including all materials submitted during the Contest for the purposes of advertising and/or promotion and/or trade publicity for the Contest, without any prior notice to the participants and winners, who by submitting their entries to the Contest, hereby consent to such use by the organizer. The participants and winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials submitted to enter the Contest. By submitting an entry to the Contest, each participant hereby consents to continue receiving promotional materials and information from PPB Group Berhad. |
| 19. | The organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice. |
| 20. | The organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend the terms and conditions mentioned above or in connection with the Contest at any time without prior notice. |
| 21. | The organizer’s decision is final and no further requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained. |
| 22. | Upon presenting the Receipt and fill the Participation Form, the participant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the Contest and the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and understood PPB Group Berhad’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice which can be found on Cheras LeisureMall’s Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/notes/cheras-leisuremall/ppb-group-berhads-privacy-policy-and-personal-data-notice/916941438344361/) and consents to the usage, collecting, recording and processing of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in such notice and in connection herein.Please direct any enquiries or requests in respect of matters pertaining to personal data to the Marketing & Promotion Department.
