TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This Contest, organized by Cheras LeisureMall (“Organizer”) is open to all Malaysian residents who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years old & above. Employees of PPB Group Berhad, its subsidiaries and / or its affiliates and their immediate families, advertising agents and suppliers are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
2. Tenants and promoters working in the outlets at Cheras LeisureMall are not eligible to participate in the Contest and are not permitted to participate in the Contest on behalf of customers.
3. How to enter:
a. Eligible participants are required to submit a maximum of two (2) same-day receipts evidencing that a total purchase of at least RM300.00 has been made from participating outlets (excluding promotional kiosks) in Cheras LeisureMall (the “Receipt(s)”). The Contest period runs from 31 December 2022 to 28 February 2023.
b. Fill in a Contest Entry Form (“Entry Form”) together with the Receipt(s).
c. Redeem a mystery gift (“Redemption”) upon submission of the Entry Form.
d. 20 top spenders will win the Prizes.
4. The Redemption is available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. from 31 December 2022 until 28 February 2023 at the Lower Ground Floor Information Counter, Cheras LeisureMall. Redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase. Only receipt(s) which is dated on the same day shall be eligible for the Contest.
5. The Redemption is limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day. Limited to 100 redemptions per day. Redemption items are subject to stock availability. No disputes will be entertained in the event the items have been fully redeemed.
6. Only original machine-generated receipts with visible merchants’ name will be accepted. All other receipts, such as credit card transaction receipts, hand written receipts, goods return receipts, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) and deposit receipts etc., will not be accepted.
7. Receipt(s) for transactions from money changers, bill payment and credit top-up are not applicable for this Contest. Receipt(s) which have been used for this Contest cannot be used for other redemptions, contests or events which may be simultaneously taking place at Cheras LeisureMall.
8. The Entry Form for this Contest is available at the Information Counter located at Lower Ground Floor, Retail Block of Cheras LeisureMall. The Entry Form includes questions which participants must answer and fully complete together with all other mandatory fields in order to be eligible for the Contest. All personal information submitted via the Entry Form must be true and accurate. The initial submission of the Entry Form must be done on the same date of the first submitted receipt(s) to be eligible to participate in the Contest.
9. A total of twenty (20) winners will be selected from all valid entries based on the highest accumulative total spending within the Contest Period. The Twenty (20) prizes (the “Prize(s)”) include:
(i) One (1) Osim uNano Series Massage Chair (Top No. 1 Spender) and
(ii) Nineteen (19) other prizes as below:

10. Each winner is entitled to one (1) Prize(s) only and all Prize(s) are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, and services.
11. Winners will be announced on Cheras LeisureMall’s Facebook page and Instagram page within 14 days from the last day of Contest.
12. The winners will be notified by phone or email to arrange for prize collection at Information Counter (10.00am – 10.00pm daily). If the selected winner(s) is not contactable by phone or email provided in the Entry Form within seven (7) days, the winner(s) shall be disqualified and an alternative winner(s) will be selected.
13. The winners need to collect the prizes within two (2) weeks of being notified; otherwise, the winner(s) shall be disqualified and an alternative winner(s) will be selected.
14. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any receipt(s) and Entry Form(s) which are incomplete, illegible or not original or which do not satisfactorily show proof of purchase.
15. The organizer reserves the right to substitute any Prize(s) with that of similar value without prior notice.
16. The Organiser reserves the rights to disqualify winners who are found to be in breach of the Terms & Conditions stated herein.
17. Any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred by any of the Winner(s) of the Contest as a result of and/or related to the winner’s acceptance of the Prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the Winner(s).
18. Picture(s) of the Prize(s) shown in any advertisement and/or other promotional materials relating to the Contest is/are solely for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual Prize(s).
19. The organizer shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, death or injury arising from the usage of the Prize(s) or in connection with the Contest in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind shall be made against the Organizer.
20. No warranty or guarantee will be given by the Organiser with respect to the Prizes.
21. Participants agree to be bound by the rules, regulations and final decision of the Organiser.
22. The Organiser retains all rights to publish and use the names, personal details, photographs and/or video recordings of the participants including all materials submitted during the Contest for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity for promotions, without any prior notice to the participants who by submitting their entries to the Contest hereby consent to such use by the Organiser. All participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of claims or compensation whatsoever on any of the materials submitted to enter the Contest. By submitting an entry to the Contest, each participant hereby consents to continue receiving promotional materials and information from PPB Group Berhad.
23. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to amend the terms and conditions mentioned above or in connection with the Contest at any time without prior notice.
24. The organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice.
25. The organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend the terms and conditions mentioned above or in connection with the Contest at any time without prior notice.
26. The Organiser’s decision on any and all matters in respect of the Contest is final and conclusive and no further challenges, objections, requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.
27. Upon submitting an entry to the Contest, the participant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the Contest and the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and understood PPB Group Berhad’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice which can be found on Cheras LeisureMall’s Website (https://www.cherasleisuremall.com.my/privacy-policy/) and consents to the usage, collecting, recording and processing of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in such notice and in connection herein.
