1. Present a single receipt of minimum RM30 spent from any participating outlets on the same day of purchase 21/8 – 15/9/2020 to redeem ONE free entry to the competition

Malaysia Day Colouring Competition

| Terms & Conditions: |
| 1. | This Contest is open to participants aged 5 years old to 18 years old. There are three categories, which are Category A for participants aged 5-8 years old; Category B for participants aged 9-12 years old; and Category C for participants aged 13-18 years old. |
| 2. | Present a single receipt of min RM30 spent from any of the participating outlets in Cheras LeisureMall on the same day to redeem one (1) free entry to participate. |
| 3. | Interested participants may register themselves at the information counter at LG Floor, Cheras LeisureMall by presenting eligible receipt. Limited to 50 participants for each session. |
| 4. | Only original machine-generated receipts with the merchants’ name clearly visible will be accepted. All other receipts, such as credit card transaction receipts, handwritten, accumulated, goods return receipts, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) and deposit receipts etc., will not be accepted. |
| 5. | Receipts for transactions from money changers, bill payment and credit top-up are not valid for participation in the abovementioned contest and will not be accepted. Receipt(s) which have been used to participate in one particular event or activity cannot be re-used for another event or activity which may be simultaneously taking place at Cheras LeisureMall. |
| 6. | The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any receipt(s) that are incomplete, illegible or not original or which do not satisfactorily show proof of purchase. |
| 7. | Participants must remain present at the venue throughout the contest. Participants are advised to visit the toilet before the contest starts. |
| 8. | Parents or guardians are reminded to pick up their children promptly after the contest. |
| 9. | All participants are required to bring their own colouring materials (i.e. colour pencils, poster colour & etc) on the Contest day. |
| 10. | All colouring must be done on the Contest day. |
| 11. | The organizer will provide each participant with a colouring paper on the Contest day. |
| 12. | The score and ranking for the Top Excellence Award, 3 Excellence Award and 10 Consolation will be based on judges’ scores. The judges’ score will be based on neatness, creativity, colour combination and the overall presentation. |
| 13. | The judges’ decision is final and no further requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained. |
| 14. | The organizer reserves the right to disqualify winners who are found to be in breach of the Rules & Regulations stated herein. |
| 15. | Each winner is entitled to one prize only and all prizes are not exchangeable for cash. |
| 16. | Winners will be announced on Cheras LeisureMall Facebook and Instagram page within 14 days from the last day of Contest. |
| 17. | The organizer will not be responsible for any accident, mishap, death, damage or injuries occurring during the Contest or in connection with the Contest in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind can be made against the organizer. Participants agree to be bound by the rules, regulations and final decision of the organizer. |
| 18. | The organizer retains all rights to publish and use the names, personal details, photographs and/or video recordings of the participants including all materials submitted during the Contest for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity for promotions, without any prior notice to the participants and/or their parents/guardians who by submitting their entries to the Contest hereby consent or for parents/guardians, have consented on behalf of the participants, to such use by the organizer. All participants and/or their parents/guardians on behalf of the participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of claims or compensation whatsoever on any of the materials submitted to enter the Contest. By submitting an entry to the Contest, each participant and/or their parents/guardians hereby consent to continue receiving promotional materials and information from PPB Group Berhad. |
| 19. | Upon registering for the Contest, the participant and/or their parent/guardian on behalf of the participant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Contest and the participant and/or their parents/guardians acknowledge that he/she has read and understood PPB Group Berhad’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice which can be found on Cheras LeisureMall’s Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/notes/cheras-leisuremall/ppb-group-berhads-privacy-policy-and-personal-data-notice/916941438344361/) and consents or for parents/guardians, have consented on behalf of the participants, to the usage, collecting, recording and processing of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in such notice and in connection herein. | 22. | The organizer’s decision is final and no further requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained. |
