How to Participate:
a. Take a photo of an item in any of our outlets in Cheras LeisureMall (The price of the item must not be more than RM300).
b. Send us a PM of the photo of the item and explain to us who should receive the present together with the reason and the recipient’s address.
c. Comment “DONE” at the comment section of the campaign post on our Facebook page.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This Campaign, organised by Cheras LeisureMall (“Organizer”) is open to all Malaysian residents who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years old & above. Employees of PPB Group Berhad, its subsidiaries and / or its affiliates and their immediate families, advertising agents and suppliers are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
2. The Santa will select the 10 most meaningful gifts and 5 lucky participants will receive a mystery gift from our Santa.
3. The selected 10 most meaningful gifts will be delivered to the recipient of the gifts by the Organizer. The areas which will be selected shall be within the radius of 25km from Cheras LeisureMall only.
4. The Organizer reserves the rights to disqualify winners who are found to be in breach of the Terms & Conditions stated herein.
5. Each winner is entitled to one prize only and all prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
6. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, death or injury arising from the usage of the prizes or in connection with the Campaign in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind shall be made against the organizer.
7. Winners will receive the call from the Organizer within 4 days from the last day of Campaign.
8. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event any winner of the Campaign cannot be contacted for whatever reasons and in such an event, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner.
9. Participants agree to be bound by the rules, regulations and final decision of the Organizer.
10. The Organizer retains all rights to publish and use the names, personal details, photographs and/or video recordings of the participants including all materials submitted during the Campaign for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity for promotions, without any prior notice to the participants who by submitting their entries to the Campaign hereby consent to such use by the Organizer. All participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of claims or compensation whatsoever on any of the materials submitted to enter the Campaign. By submitting an entry to the Campaign, each participant hereby consent to continue receiving promotional materials and information from PPB Group Berhad.
11. The Organizer reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to amend the terms and conditions mentioned above or in connection with the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
12. The Organizer reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
13. The Organizer’s decision on any and all matters in respect of the Campaign is final and conclusive and no further, challenges, objections, requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.
14. Upon submitting an entry to the Campaign, the participant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Campaign and the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and understood PPB Group Berhad’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice which can be found on Cheras LeisureMall’s Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/notes/cheras-leisuremall/ppb-group-berhads-privacy-policy-and-personal-data-notice/916941438344361/) and consents to the usage, collecting, recording and processing of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in such notice and in connection herein.
