Halloween Bento Competition 2026

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A. HOLLOWEEN BENTO CONTEST 2026
1.    The Halloween Bento Contest 2026 (“Contest”) organized by Cheras LeisureMall (“Organizer”) is open to participants aged five (5) years and above in the year 2026.
2.    Participation is FREE and exclusively open to registered PLAYCE app members.
3.    Participation is limited to the first forty (40) teams on a first-come, first-served basis. Each team must consist of two (2) participants. Interested participants may register for the Contest at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/9r9pivKxm5. Successfully registered participants will be contacted via WhatsApp by the Organizer’s appointed event organizer.
4.    The Contest duration is one (1) hour. The Organizer will provide each team with a basic set of food ingredients. Participants are responsible for assessing whether the ingredients provided are suitable for their consumption. The Organizer does not warrant that the ingredients are free from allergens and shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or dietary-related issues arising from participation in the Contest.
5.    Participants are required to bring their own decoration materials and tools. All bento creations must feature a Halloween theme. All food preparation and decoration must be carried out and completed during the Contest. Pre-made decorative items are not allowed. 6.    Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:
•    Creativity – 30%
•    Neatness – 30%
•    Colour Combination – 20%
•    Overall Presentation – 20%
7.    The winners will receive the following prizes:
a. Champion: RM300 PLAYCE e-Cash Voucher + Trophy + Certificate per team
b. 1st Runner-Up: RM200 PLAYCE e-Cash Voucher + Trophy + Certificate per team
c. 2nd Runner-Up: RM100 PLAYCE e-Cash Voucher + Trophy + Certificate per team
d. Special Awards (5 Teams): RM50 PLAYCE e-Cash Voucher + Trophy + Certificate per team
e. Participation Awards (32 Teams): RM20 PLAYCE e-Cash Voucher + Medal + Certificate per team,
subject to successful completion of the Contest.

B. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
8.    The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any Bento creation deemed unsuitable for display or offensive in nature, and to disqualify any participant or winner found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
9.    Each winner is entitled to one (1) prize only. All prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value without prior notice.
10.    The Organizer will not be responsible for any accident, mishap, death, damage or injury occurring during the Contest or in connection with the Contest in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind may be made against the Organizer and its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives. 
11.    The Organizer reserves the right to publish and use the participants’ names, photographs, video recordings and Contest entries for purposes relating to the administration, promotion and publicity of the Contest, including publication in the Organizer’s marketing materials, website and social media platforms. By submitting an entry to the Contest, the participant and/or the participant’s parent or legal guardian (where applicable) consents to such use by the Organizer. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership of, or any compensation in respect of, any materials submitted for the Contest or any use thereof by the Organizer. By submitting an entry to the Contest, each participant and/or the participant’s parent or legal guardian (where applicable) further consents to receiving promotional materials and information relating to Cheras LeisureMall, PPB Group Berhad and its subsidiaries. Participants may opt out of receiving such promotional communications at any time by contacting the Organizer.
12.    The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend these Terms & Conditions or to suspend, modify or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
13.    The Organizer’s decision on any and all matters relating to the Contest is final and conclusive, and no further appeals, challenges, objections, requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.
14.    Upon submitting an entry to the Contest, the participant and/or the participant’s parent or legal guardian (on behalf of the participant, where applicable) is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. The participant further acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the PPB Group Berhad’s Personal Data Protection Notice at https://ppbproperties.com.my/personal-data-protection-notice/, and consents to the processing of his/her personal data including sensitive personal data in accordance with the said notice and in connection with this Contest.
