Cheras LeisureMall Triple Point Rewards

Campaign Period: 30 December 2024 – 1 January 2025

1. During the Triple Point Rewards Campaign from 30 December 2024 to 1 January 2025 (“Campaign Period”), Members who spend a minimum of RM30.00 in a single receipt at participating outlets in Cheras LeisureMall may earn triple points. This reward is limited to the first 300 Members or up to a total of 300 receipt submissions per day, on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. To be eligible to earn points, Member(s) must submit their receipt(s) (“Receipt” or “Receipts”) via the receipt scanning feature or simply take a picture of each Receipt and upload via PLAYCE no later than the same day of purchase (11.59pm).
3. Only original machine-generated Receipt with visible participating retailers’ name and required information such as the amount of purchase, purchase date and time, receipt number will be Handwritten receipts, bill/utilities payments, stored value cards, top-up transactions, credit/debit card receipts, money changer receipts, pawn receipts, goods return receipts, duplicate receipts, food delivery, online purchases, pre-order sales receipts, deposit receipts, purchases offset with rebates, points or cash vouchers, receipts from pushcarts and vendors at promotional areas are strictly not eligible for the collection of point(s).
4. Receipt(s) which have been used for other redemptions, rebates or giveaways organized by any of the participating malls and retailers are invalid and shall not be accepted.
5. Each Member is allowed to submit up to a maximum of three (3) Receipts per day on a first come; first served basis and shall only be entitled to earn a maximum of three thousand (3,000) points per day. Member is entitled to earn additional points with a maximum of four thousand (4,000) points on the first transaction during the birthday month.
6. Receipt(s) submitted successfully via PLAYCE may be processed within one (1) – five (5) working days. The review and approval of Receipt(s) may be delayed until the Receipt(s) have been fully verified.
7. Point(s) will not be credited into the Member account until the Receipt is determined by the Developer to be valid. The Developer may reject any Receipt(s) which are invalid or do not meet the Developer’s requirements at the Developer’s sole discretion, and any such decisions by the Developer shall be considered final, conclusive, and binding upon the Member. Point(s) that have already been credited may be cancelled/deleted/deducted at the Developer’s absolute discretion.
8. No point(s) will be credited in respect of a Receipt in which Member(s) have cancelled and/or requested for a return of product or a refund of the listed price of the product purchased.
9. Member(s) will be awarded 1 point for every Ringgit Malaysia One (RM1.00) (rounded down to the nearest RM1.00) transaction of a Qualifying Purchase at a participating retailer’s outlet; and 1 point for every Ringgit Malaysia Two (RM2.00) (rounded down to the nearest RM2.00) transaction of a Qualifying Purchase at a participating grocer’s outlet, unless otherwise stated.
10. All point(s) accumulated within a calendar year will expire on the last day of that calendar year i.e. 31 December. Upon expiry, Members will be given an additional six (6) months grace period to redeem their point(s). For the avoidance of doubt, Member(s) are not entitled to any compensation in respect of any point(s) which have expired or been voided.
11. All point(s) shall automatically be void upon cancellation or termination of Membership, howsoever caused. For the avoidance of doubt, Member(s) are not entitled to any compensation in respect of any point(s) which have been voided.
12. All point(s) are non-transferable and non-assignable to any other persons or parties. All point(s) have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. The sale, auction (including online auction), barter, transfer or assignment of any accumulated point(s) are strictly prohibited.
13. Member(s) can check their accumulated point(s) via PLAYCE or at the customer service counters of participating malls, or via such other means as may be determined by the Developer from time to time in the Developer’s sole discretion.
14. The Developer reserves the right to amend and/or change the criteria for the Campaign from time to time, and the point(s) awarded for Campaign shall be at the Developer’s sole discretion and without prior notice, and such criteria may vary among participating retailers.
