CLM CALENDAR DESIGN COMPETITION (“Contest”)

1. This Contest, organised by Cheras LeisureMall (“Organiser”) is open to all Malaysian residents residents aged 18 years old and above.
2. How to join:
a. Come up with an original and creative artwork with the theme provided with your preferred method of drawing.
b. Email your artwork to marketing@ppb.com.my along with your full name and contact number not later than 19 June 2022.
(i) For any hand-drawn artwork, please submit the original artwork to Cheras LeisureMall Information Counter or courier to PPB Group Berhad (Cheras LeisureMall Marketing department) at 7th Floor, Cheras Plaza, No. 11, Jalan Manis 1, Taman Segar, Cheras, 56100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
(ii) For any digital artwork, please submit the artwork in either .AI, .JPG or .PDF format in the size of 25cm x 25cm in between 5MB – 10MB.
c. The selected top 12 designs will be featured in Cheras LeisureMall 2023 calendar prints and the top 12 winners will be awarded RM500 worth of CLM Cash Vouchers.
3. The score and ranking for the prizes will be based on judges’ scores. The judges’ score will be based on neatness, creativity, colour combination and overall presentation.
4. The judges’ decision is final and no further requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.
5. Participants hereby agree to allow the Organiser to retain the design submitted during the Contest for display at Cheras LeisureMall.
6. The Organiser reserves the right and sole and absolute discretion to reject and disqualify any design deemed unsuitable for display, offensive in nature or which are not compliant with the Rules & Regulations of the Contest.
7. The Organiser reserves all rights to determine whether work will be accepted, and may at the Organiser’s discretion modify/edit any submitted artwork for its own purposes.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify winners who are found to be in breach of the Rules & Regulations stated herein.
9. Each winner is entitled to one prize only and all prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
10. Winners will be announced on Cheras LeisureMall’s Facebook page and Instagram page within 14 days from the last day of Contest.
11. The Organiser will not be responsible for any accident, mishap, death, damage or injuries occurring during the Contest or in connection with the Contest in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind can be made against the Organiser. Participants agree to be bound by the rules, regulations and final decision of the Organiser.
12. The Organiser retains all rights to publish and use the names, personal details, photographs and/or video recordings of the participants including all materials submitted during the Contest for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity for promotions, without any prior notice to the participants who by submitting their entries to the Contest hereby consent to such use by the Organiser. All participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of claims or compensation whatsoever on any of the materials submitted to enter the Contest. By submitting an entry to the Contest, each participant hereby consent to continue receiving promotional materials and information from PPB Group Berhad.
13. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to amend the terms and conditions mentioned above or in connection with the Contest at any time without prior notice.
14. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
15. The Organiser’s decision on any and all matters in respect of the Contest is final and conclusive and no further, challenges, objections, requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.
16. Upon submitting an entry to the Contest, the participant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Contest and the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and understood PPB Group Berhad’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice which can be found on Cheras LeisureMall’s Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/notes/cheras-leisuremall/ppb-group-berhads-privacy-policy-and-personal-data-notice/916941438344361/) and consents to the usage, collecting, recording and processing of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in such notice and in connection herein.
