CHINESE NEW YEAR REDEMPTION (“REDEMPTION PROGRAMME”)
Redemption Period: 20 January 2024 – 9 February 2024, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Redeem Ang Pow Packet(s) (eight pieces per pack) and Prosperity Prize(s) (Ang Pow Packets and Prosperity Prizes shall collectively be referred to as the “Redemption Item(s)”) when you shop at participating outlets in Cheras LeisureMall (excluding promotional kiosks) beginning from 20 January 2024 until 9 February 2024 or until all Redemption Item(s) have been fully redeemed, by presenting eligible receipt(s), whichever is the earlier. Details of redemption are as follows:-
• Spend RM138 & above in a single receipt to redeem a set of ang pow packet
• Spend RM388 & above in a maximum of two (2) receipts to redeem 2 sets of ang pow packets
• Spend RM688 & above in a maximum of three (3) receipts to redeem 3 sets of ang pow packets and stand a chance to win prosperity prizes such as hamper, canned abalones, CNY bowl sets, cash vouchers and merchandizes.
2. The Redemption Item(s) are redeemable from 20 January 2024 until 9 February 2024 or until all Redemption Items have been fully redeemed, whichever is the earlier, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Lower Ground Floor Information Counter, Cheras LeisureMall. Redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase. Only receipt(s) which are dated on the same day shall be eligible for the Redemption Programme.
3. Limited to three (3) redemptions per customer per day. Redemptions are available on a first-come first-serve basis and while stocks last.
4. Only original machine-generated receipts with the merchants’ name clearly visible will be accepted. All other receipts, such as credit card transaction receipts, hand written, goods return receipts, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) and deposit receipts etc., will not be accepted.
5. Receipt(s) for transactions from money changers, bill payment and credit top-up is not applicable for this Redemption Programme. Receipt(s) which have been used for this Redemption Programme cannot be used for other redemptions, contests or events which may be simultaneously taking place at Cheras LeisureMall.
6. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any receipts that are incomplete, illegible or not original or which do not satisfactorily show proof of purchase.
7. Employees, tenants and promoters of Cheras LeisureMall are not eligible to participate in this program and are not permitted to redeem on behalf of customers.
8. The organizer retains all rights to publish and use the names, personal details, photographs and/or video recordings of the participants including all materials submitted during the Redemption Programme for the purposes of advertising and/or promotion and/or trade publicity for the Redemption Programme, without any prior notice to the participants who by submitting their entries to the Redemption Programme hereby consent to such use by the organizer. All Redemption Programme participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of claims or compensation whatsoever on any of the materials submitted during the Redemption Programme. 9. The organizer reserves the rights at its sole and absolute discretion to amend the terms and conditions mentioned above or in connection with the Redemption Programme at any time without prior notice.

DEEPAVALI MURUKKU TREAT REDEMPTION 2023 REDEMPTION (“REDEMPTION PROGRAMME”)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Redeem a pack of Murukku (“Murukku”) when you spend a minimum of RM30.00 in a single receipt at participating outlets in Cheras LeisureMall (excluding promotional kiosks) by presenting eligible receipt(s).
2. The Murukku are redeemable on 12 November 2023 or until the Murukku have been fully redeemed, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Lower Ground Floor Information Counter, Cheras LeisureMall.
3. Redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase. Only receipt(s) which are dated on the same day shall be eligible for the Redemption Programme. Limited to three (3) redemptions per customer.

MID-AUTUMN REDEMPTION (“REDEMPTION PROGRAMME”)
Redemption Period: 8 September 2023 – 1 October 2023, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

TERMS & REGULATIONS
1. Redeem one (1) Paper Lantern or Travel Tea Pot Set when you shop at participating outlets in Cheras LeisureMall (excluding promotional kiosks) beginning from 8 September 2023 until 1 October 2023 or until all items have been fully redeemed, by presenting eligible receipt(s). Details of redemption are as follows:-
• RM60 & above in a single receipt for one (1) Paper Lantern – Limited to 2 redemptions per shopper per day.
• RM250 & above in a maximum of two (2) receipts for one (1) Travel Tea Pot Set – Limited to 1 redemption per shopper per day.
2. The Paper Lanterns are redeemable from 8 September 2023 until 1 October 2023 or until all Paper Lanterns have been fully redeemed; while the Travel Tea Pot Sets are redeemable from 18 September 2023 until 1 October 2023 or until all Travel Tea Pot Sets have been fully redeemed.

Kids Lantern Decorating Contest

KIDS LANTERN DECORATING CONTEST (“Contest”)
Theme : Rabbit & Mid-Autumn Festival
Date : 26 August 2023
Time : 2.00pm – 5.00pm
Venue : Level 2, Concourse

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. This Contest, organised by Cheras LeisureMall (“Organiser”) is open to participants aged 6-12 years old. There are two categories, which are Category A for participants aged 6-9 years old; and Category B for participants aged 10-12 years old. Participants from Category A can be accompanied by their parent/guardian during the Contest.
2. Interested participants may register and submit an entry for the Contest from today until 24 August 2023 through the google form (https://forms.gle/ofthpAXDD7uYG7e58). All participants are required to bring their own art materials (i.e. scissors, paper cutter, multi-coloured cellophane papers, decorative items, colour paper, glue, old newspaper or cutting mat, stationaries and colouring materials such as colour pencils, poster colour, magic colour pens, fluorescent marker & etc) on the Contest day.
3. The artwork for the lantern must feature the rabbit and Mid-Autumn Festival theme. All drawing, colouring, cutting and pasting must be done on the Contest day.
4. The Organiser will provide each participant with a white lantern which measures 12-inches in diameter on the Contest day.
5. The score and ranking for the prizes will be based on judges’ scores. The judges’ score will be based on creativity, neatness, colour combination, proximity to theme and overall presentation. The score will be deducted if the artwork is completed with readymade items or done by the parent/guardian, more than 70% of the artwork is done by parent/guardian shall be deem as disqualified. The winners will be awarded the following prizes: –
a. 1st Prize: Cheras LeisureMall Cash Vouchers worth RM300.00 + Trophy + Cert
b. 2nd Prize: Cheras LeisureMall Cash Vouchers worth RM250.00 + Trophy + Cert
c. 3rd Prize: Cheras LeisureMall Cash Vouchers worth RM200.00 + Trophy + Cert
d. 10 Excellence Award: Cheras LeisureMall Cash Vouchers worth RM100.00 + Trophy + Cert
e. 10 Consolation Prizes: Cheras LeisureMall Cash Vouchers worth RM50.00 + Trophy + Cert
6. The judges’ decision is final and no further requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.
7. Participants hereby agree to allow the Organiser to display the lantern at Cheras LeisureMall after submission.
8. The Organiser reserves the right and sole and absolute discretion to reject and disqualify any Lantern deemed unsuitable for display, offensive in nature or which are not compliant with the Terms & Conditions of the Contest.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify winners who are found to be in breach of the Terms & Conditions stated herein.
10. Each winner is entitled to one prize only and all prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
11. Winners announcement and prize presentation will be held on 24 September 2023 (Sunday) at L2 Concourse, Cheras LeisureMall.
12. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever caused to the Lantern after the Lantern have been submitted to the Organiser and no claims whatsoever can be made against the Organiser in such an event. Lantern which have been submitted to the Organiser for the Contest are not returnable.
13. The Organiser will not be responsible for any accident, mishap, death, damage or injuries occurring during the Contest or in connection with the Contest in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind can be made against the Organiser. Participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and final decision of the Organiser.
14. The Organiser retains all rights to publish and use the names, personal details, photographs and/or video recordings of the participants including all materials submitted during the Contest for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity for promotions, without any prior notice to the participants and/or their parents/guardians who by submitting their entries to the Contest hereby consent or for parents/guardians, have consented on behalf of the participants, to such use by the Organiser. LITTLE URBAN FARMER WORKSHOP (“WORKSHOP”) TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Redeem an entry to participate in the Little Urban Farmer Workshop (“Workshop”) when you spend a minimum of RM50.00 in a single receipt at participating outlets in Cheras LeisureMall (excluding promotional kiosks) by presenting eligible receipt(s).
2. Interested participants are required to book a Workshop session via the online registration form available on Cheras LeisureMall’s social media pages. Limited spaces available and on a first-come first-served basis.
3. Registered participants are required to check-in at the workshop booth at Level 1, LeisurePlex, Cheras LeisureMall, and present an eligible receipt dated 1-4 June 2023 at least 30 minutes prior to the booked Workshop session. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the Workshop booking.
4. Only original machine-generated receipts dated 1-4 June 2023 with the merchants’ name clearly visible will be accepted. All other receipts, such as credit card transaction receipts, hand written, accumulated, goods return receipts, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) and deposit receipts etc., will not be accepted.
5. Receipts for transactions from money changers, bill payment and credit top-up are not valid for participation in the abovementioned workshop and will not be accepted. RAYA REDEMPTION (“REDEMPTION PROGRAMME”)
Redemption Period: 31 March 2023 – 30 April 2023, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri (“Raya”) with Cheras LeisureMall and redeem an exclusive Raya packet and/or an item (“Redemption Item”) when you shop at participating outlets in Cheras LeisureMall (excluding promotional kiosks) from 31 March 2023 until 30 April 2023, by presenting eligible receipt(s). Details of redemption are as follows:-
– Spend a minimum of RM100.00 in a single receipt to redeem an exclusive Raya packet
– Spend a minimum of RM200.00 & above in a maximum of two (2) receipts to redeem a Redemption Item (“Redemption Item”)
2. The Raya packets and Redemption Items are redeemable from 31 March 2023 until 30 April 2023 or until Raya packets and Redemption Items have been fully redeemed (whichever is earlier), from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Lower Ground Floor Information Counter, Cheras LeisureMall.

“Fun-tastic New Year Celebration” Facebook Contest (“Contest”)

Contest Period: 11 – 28 February 2021

1.Showcase your creativity and show off how you make this CNY celebration extra fun and memorable by sharing with us your most creative Chinese New Year photo with a caption to describe why the photo is memorable to you in the comment section of the contest post on Cheras LeisureMall Facebook page.
2.Tag any 2 friends and hashtag #CLMfunCNY at the end of the caption.
3.The Contest period runs from 11 February 2021 to 28 February 2021. Any entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
4.Entries will be judged by the organizer and winners will be announced by 14 March 2021.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. This Contest is open to all Malaysian residents who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years old & above. Employees of PPB Group Berhad, its subsidiaries and / or its affiliates and their immediate families, advertising agents and suppliers are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
  2. No digital super imposition is allowed. Composite photographs or any form of digital manipulations will not be accepted. Only minor image touch-ups such as cropping, adjustment of brightness and colours as well as softening or sharpening of the image are allowed.
  3. The organizer will not be responsible for any technical fault or failure which prevents a person from entering the Contest.
  4. All entries must be received by 11.59 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 28 February 2021.

  12. The organizer shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, death or injury arising from the usage of the prizes or in connection with the Contest in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind shall be made against the organizer.
  13. Each winner of the Contest will be notified by the organizer via Facebook Private Message (PM). The organizer will not be held liable in the event any winner of the Contest cannot be contacted for whatever reasons and in such an event, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner.

1. How to redeem:
Redeem a Daily Starter Kit when you shop at participating outlets in Cheras LeisureMall (excluding promotional kiosks) beginning from 31 October 2020 until 15 December 2020 or until all have been fully redeemed by presenting eligible receipt(s). Details of redemption are as follows: –
• RM200 & above in a maximum of two (2) receipts for one (1) Daily Starter Kit.
• This Redemption Programme is limited to first 100 customers per day.

• Redemptions are available on a first-come first-serve basis and while stocks last.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY “LET’S GO X-TREME” EVENT (the “Event”)
Date & Time: 13 – 22 March 2020, 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The entry requirements for the Event are as follows:
School Holiday “Let’s Go X-Treme” Session (“Game Session(s)”)
How To Enter:
Any eligible shopper who presents a single receipt amounting to a minimum of RM30 spent at any of the participating outlets in Cheras LeisureMall is entitled to one (1) Game Session on the same day of receipt.
Rules for the Game Session(s):
a. Open to all participants aged 4 years old and above.
b. Participants below the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian prior to engaging in any activities.
c. Participant must be at least 100cm in height and 15kg in weight to participate in any activities.
d. The Game Sessions will be held from 13 – 22 March 2020, 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
e. By presenting one (1) eligible receipt, each participant is entitled to participate in one (1) Game Session.
f. All participants shall be responsible to ensure that they are dressed appropriately to enable them to carry out activities safely.
g. Participants must be in good health to participate. Participants that are or may be pregnant, recovering from recent surgery, have heart problems, back or neck problems, and/or any other medical condition ARE ADVISED NOT TO PARTICIPATE.
h. Each participant must first go through a briefing session by the trainer.
i. Each participant must use the equipment(s) provided by organizer.
2. Interested parties may redeem the entry ticket at the Information Counter, located at Lower Ground Floor of Cheras LeisureMall by presenting an eligible receipt.
